Los 28th D.I.C.E. Awards premiaron a los mejores videojuegos de 2024 y el gran triunfador de la noche fue Astro Bot, llevándose el galardón a Juego del Año junto a 4 premios más en categorías como Logro Técnico y Mejor Juego Familiar.

Además, el evento reconoció la trayectoria de Ted Price (Insomniac Games) con el Hall of Fame Award, mientras que el Lifetime Achievement Award fue para un ex vicepresidente de Nintendo of America.
